Mind The Gap Ireland is a charity organization dedicated to raising awareness about Sexual Abuse in Ireland and providing support for survivors. We are committed to helping those affected by SA to have their voices heard and to receive the support and justice they deserve.​

National Helplines

This is a directory of National Helplines available for survivors of sexual violence or abuse. When you call, you should expect to be received in a non-judgemental and empathetic way by the volunteer. You do not have to give your name or any defining features and you should never be asked to discuss anything that makes you uncomfortable. The list is not exhaustive and will continue to be updated

Advocating for Survivors

Campaigning is an effective way of raising awareness about gender-based violence of any form, including sexual violence. Many organisations/charities have different campaigns including justice within the criminal system, support for survivors, as well as educational campaigns around SA.
